  2. Trophy for the Best out of 3 ElephantNixon Dzingai, S.S.G. Safaris.  Ave of all six tusks 76,3lbs.  Area –Malapati/Sengwe 2
  3. Style Trophy for the Best BuffaloPete Banard, a 45″ buffalo that scored 134 7/8″.  Area – Bubye Valley Conservancy.   Would rank 9th in SCI record book.
  4. Trophy donated by Martin Pieters Safaris for the Best LionShaun Buffee, Mazunga Safaris, 26 9/16″ – Bubye Valley Conservancy.
  5. Rosslyn Safaris Trophy for the Best LeopardKevin Thomas, Mazunga Safaris,               17 10/16″, Bubye Valley Conservancy.
  6. In recognition of an outstanding trophy taken – Spike Claassen, Pro Safaris Africa.  Area – Rifa.  Spotted Hyena – 20 2/16″ (possibly new no. 1 SCI record book)
  7. Taxidermy Enterprises Trophy for Best AntelopeGeorge Hallamore, Limpopo Bushbuck – 52 7/8″.  Length – 20 4/8″.  Area – Beit Bridge.  Rank – No. 3 SCI record book.
  8. Hunters Africa Trophy for the Best Sable –  No Entry
  9. Trophy donated by Martin Pieters Safaris for the Best Aquatic Animal – No Entry
  10.  For the Widest BuffaloNixon Dzingai, 50 1/4″ buffalo.  Area – Malapati
  11.  Bruce Austen Trophy for the Best Overall HunterNixon Dzingai, S.S.G. Safaris
  12.  The Shangaan Trophy for the Best Bow Hunter –  No Award
  13.  Burton Nesbitt Trophy for the Best Antelope out of ZimbabweCliff Walker, Roan Antelope – 81 score – Tanzania.
  14.  The Cliff Walker Award for the Best Dangerous Game out of Zimbabwe – Neil Duckworth, Buffalo- 128.5″ – Mozambique.
  15.  African Action Videos Trophy for Best Wildlife Photographer in the Action category – Gary de Jong, 2 Baggaboysfighting, Mana Pools.
  16.  Garth Thompson Trophy for Best Wildlife Photographer in the category of Composition Graham Cochrane, Swallowtail Butterfly in flight.
  17.  Gallantry Award for Bravery beyond the Call of Duty – Anthony Howland for saving his own life by keeping presence of mind after being shot in the arm by accident.  He would otherwise have bled to death.  He unfortunately lost his right arm.
  18.  John Stevens Trophy for the Best Guide from the practical –  Criffy Mhandu, Spurwing Island.
  19.  Zambezi Hunter’s Trophy for Best Hunter from the practical –  Dean Green, Harare.
  20.  The Lional Reynolds Memorial Trophy for Outstanding Contribution to the Association and the Industry – MartinPieters
  21.  Skippy Award – Douglas Duckworth, Doug not only guided clients to a female sable, a female warthog but also a female bushbuck!  These were obviously not the intended sex!
